Rethinking Success: MVA partners with 8billionideas to Launch New Global Skills GCSE

The world has changed, and it's not going to stop changing anytime soon. Technology is progressing at unbelievable speeds, and careers are no longer linear or predictable. The future is no longer something we can reliably plan for - but we can plan for that unpredictability.

In partnership with 8billionideas, MVA is proud to be launching a fully recognised International GCSE in future-ready skills, powered by OxfordAQA, as well as a full suite of skills-based courses through the 8billionideas Online Academy platform including:

• Careers Literacy
• Wellbeing
• Financial Literacy
• Leadership
• Health and Performance

8billionideas has already worked with over 1 million students in 350+ schools worldwide, and MVA is thrilled to bring their extensive expertise to our student body, who gained access to the programme at the start of June.

MVA CEO Hugh Viney has also expressed a desire to expand this fantastic new offering to students outside of MVA in the future, should it prove a success. Because full-time online school isn't right for every child, but every child will benefit from developing these skills.
