Most Innovative Technology-Led Nominee in Best Schools Awards 2022

We are delighted to share the news that we have been nominated by the online lifestyle guide Muddy Stilettos as a finalist for the award for ‘Most Innovative Technology-Led Teaching’ in their Best Schools Awards 2022.

At Minerva’s Virtual Academy we offer a modern alternative form of learning that is propelled by innovative technology. During the COVID-19 pandemic we identified a need for online learning that offers greater flexibility, enabling pupils to study from the comfort of their own homes, whilst still nurturing their social skills as you would expect in a brick and mortar learning environment.

The result? We have developed a unique, online independent School that takes a holistic approach to educate our pupils, led by technology and driven by human connection. With weekly assemblies, after school clubs and in-person school trips, we have shown exactly why implementing smart new technology doesn’t have to come at the cost of real-life experiences.

We can’t wait to find out the results which will be announced on the 14th June.
