Our Senior Leadership Team, led by Principal Suzanne Lindley, brings deep experience and bold vision to every part of school life. With a shared commitment to innovation, inclusion, and student wellbeing, this team is shaping the future of flexible education — and guiding MVA forward.



Suzanne leads the way as Principal at MVA. With extensive experience in schools in the UK and internationally, she is responsible for shaping the quality of MVA's education, which includes leading our teaching and mentoring team, having daily contact with our students and their families, and directing our unique curriculum. Her favourite subject at school was divided between English Literature and PE.



Harry leads MVA’s Gulf Community as Vice Principal Middle East. With over 20 years of experience in international schools across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and recently at GEMS International School in Dubai, he focuses on creating a supportive and culturally aware environment for families in the GST time zone. Harry works closely with students and parents, building strong connections through mentoring, live lessons and in person events. His favourite subject at school was Drama, which became the foundation of his early teaching career.



Jack has been teaching for the last 6 years, three as a Senior Pro Tutor at Minerva Tutors. Throughout his Minerva career, Jack has worked in home-schooling roles teaching Maths and Science, as well as mentoring students aged 14-18, and has totalled a staggering 5000+ worth of teaching hours, with at least half of those being online. Recently, Jack created a series of live follow-along experiments as a part of "Minerva Tutors TV", which saw students all over the UK beating lockdown boredom by creating everything from insect habitats to rocket launches!



Rebecca is a Senior school Leader with over 15 years’ teaching experience in some of London’s top secondary schools. Her roles have included Teacher of English Language and Literature, Head of Department, Head of Year, Deputy Safeguarding Lead, and Assistant Principal. Following early graduate roles in broadcast media and theatre production, Rebecca began her 15-year teaching career teaching English Language and Literature to all secondary Key Stages, later specialising in A Level. Rebecca is firmly committed to the importance of pastoral care and wellbeing in education.



Dominique has been involved in education since her first part-time job at age 16, when she was a Maths tutor for Kumon Maths. Since then she has constantly been involved in teaching and tutoring, including two years in South Korea. For the last 10 years she has taught Maths in a top academy in London, spending the last 5 years as Head of Maths.



Emma has worked in education for nearly three decades which have taken her to four different school settings. The most recent three schools have all been judged 'outstanding' by Ofsted and have consistently achieved results well above the national average at GCSE and A level and have been praised for their safeguarding and pastoral provision. Her route through education has taken Emma from classroom teacher to Head of Faculty; from Head of Year to Assistant Head (pastoral) and most recently as Deputy Head (safeguarding) at a large, mixed secondary school in SW London.
At MVA, every student is supported by expert subject teachers and a dedicated personal mentor. Our teachers bring deep knowledge and real-world experience to every lesson, while our mentors guide, encourage, and check in regularly — making sure no student ever feels lost or left behind.



Kerry has taught in UK secondary schools for over 20 years and is an experienced teacher of science and physics. She is also a Principal Examiner for OCR and Cambridge International and is also involved in the production of GCSE and A Level examination papers. Kerry is a credited trainer for Cambridge International which involves delivering evidence based research and training materials on Physics IGCSE to teachers in international schools. Kerry has delivered training most recently in Jordan and Qatar. Kerry is was also a trained counselor for Childline and finds these skills invaluable in supporting young people as they journey through school whether online or in traditional schools.



Jane has taught English both abroad and in Scotland for nearly 30 years. She has experience as an SQA marker and has tutored 1-1 for many years both in person and online. She has worked as a pastoral teacher and an EAL teacher and has a keen interest in pupil health and wellbeing.



Kate has run the Art Department of a top London School for eight years, recently gaining an outstanding assessment from Ofsted. She has worked with Pearson to diversify and update its externally set assignments. She is also experienced in supporting young people in their applications to Art Foundation and Degrees with portfolios, websites and interview practice. Kate's love of Art education stems from her own socially engaged artistic practice, focused on collaboration and community. She is excited to work with a global student body that broadens ideas of art and creativity both in the classroom and beyond.



Zoe taught Philosophy and Religion for thirteen years at some of the best schools in the country in London, Kent and Hertfordshire. Although she enjoyed being a Head of Department, she found supporting students pastorally, and as a coach for Sixth Form pupils, particularly rewarding. She also has experience as an examiner for AQA GCSE Religious Studies and OCR A Level Critical Thinking.

Ronan brings a wealth of international teaching experience, having instructed students in Qatar, Madrid, and London since graduating from Queens University in 2013. As a Business Studies specialist, he has a keen interest in the dynamics of the stock market, focusing on the factors influencing stock prices and corporate accountability to shareholders. At Minerva, Ronan integrates his expertise into each lesson, ensuring students understand the practical applications of business concepts from the very start.

Noel taught at primary, middle and secondary levels over a 16 year period. This included international teaching in Cambodia, Spain and Thailand as well as state maintained schools in the UK. His most recent position before MVA was in the charity sector working for MAP as a Youth Worker and Mentor. Instilling curiosity and an appetite for lifelong learning in the young people he works with is Noel's ultimate goal as an educator/mentor.

Mark is an influential educational leader with extensive experience heading prestigious schools internationally, including Kellett School in Hong Kong and JESS, Dubai. Mark chaired the UK Independent Schools Council IT Strategy Group and has held leadership roles with the British Schools in Dubai and The Heads Conference. His insights into the effective integration of emerging technologies in education have made him a sought-after speaker worldwide.






Ellie Costello, a nationally recognised advocate known for her significant contributions to policy and systemic change for students facing barriers to education. Ellie co-authored the critically acclaimed book "Square Pegs," gave evidence to the Education Select Committee, and serves as Parliamentary Vice Co-Chair for the Council for Disabled Children’s Special Education Consortium. Her background in media and her advocacy for inclusive and compassionate education systems have profoundly influenced national dialogues around education.






Al Kingsley MBE, CEO of NetSupport, Chair of a Multi-Academy Trust, and a leading global voice in EdTech. Al has been recognised widely, receiving an MBE for services to education, ISC Research "Edruptor" 2025, Edufuturist of the Year 2023, and Inspirational Leader at the BESA 2023 awards. His internationally acclaimed books include "My Secret #EdTech Diary" and "The Awkward Questions in Education," reflecting his extensive expertise and impact in education technology.






Durgan Cooper is a renowned cybersecurity expert and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cyber resilience, and national defence. A Specialist Reserve Officer in the British Army, he supports national cyber defence efforts and advises governments and critical infrastructure operators on securing complex digital environments.






Dan Fitzpatrick, an international authority on educational technology and author of the bestselling book "The AI Classroom," is celebrated globally for helping educators integrate artificial intelligence effectively into learning environments. A frequent keynote speaker across the UK, USA, and the Middle East, Dan is dedicated to ensuring educational institutions remain relevant in an ever-changing technological landscape.






Euan MacLean, Founder and CEO of &Parents, specialises in fostering meaningful collaboration between schools and families.
