As part of our partnership and shared values, young elite racers who attend RGMMC events will have the opportunity to join Minerva's Virtual Academy to study for IGCSE and A Levels whilst training and competing on the busy international karting circuit. Crucially, this means they can continue their education wherever they are in the world instead of missing out on school time and all the benefits that achieving regular academic qualifications provide.

Sol Rolls-Tyson, an Elite Athlete Education Officer at Minerva's Academy said, 'Online learning is changing the landscape in sport and way young racers and their families think about school - it's not just one or the other anymore. We're are delighted to be working more closely with RGMMC who are a massive name on the circuit to bring our school to a wider audience.'

Beyond attending virtual classes and working on our ground-breaking Virtual Learning Platform, young racers will also have access to personal tutors and mentors who can help them with more specific goals, whether that's academic, personal, or sport performance-related.

'We are very happy to be working with Minerva's Virtual Academy,' said James Geidel, President of The RGMMC Group. 'Attending school regularly has never been easy for some of our young drivers and the sport has long needed an injection of fresh ideas and energy in this space. Minerva, it's school, and its tutors are already making a huge difference and we look forward to what the future brings.'
